1. Assistant Professor

Education:
a. MBBS or Equivalent medical qualification recognized/registered by PM&DC
b. PM&DC recognized medical qualification in respective specialty OR other equivalent qualification approved by Standing Recognition Committee (SRC) and registered with PM&DC
Experience: The candidate must be eligible for PM&DC & MTI Criteria for faculty selection
2. Demonstrator Basic Sciences (Anatomy, Pathology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine & Medical Education)
Education:
a. MBBS or Equivalent Medical Qualification fully recognized/registered by PM&DC
b. Preference will be given to candidates having postgraduate qualifications in Basic Sciences in the relevant subject
Experience: Experienced or an ex-Demonstrator in medical College/University will be preferred
3. Research Officer
Education:
a. MBBS/BDS or equivalent
b. MSc in relevant subject OR Two years/NHR, Registered with PM&DC
Experience: At least 02 years experience as Eastmanager/Research Officer in any reputable public/private registered institution/hospital
4. Procurement/Purchase Officer (Supply Chain)
Education: Master degree in Business administration/Supply Chain Management (16 years of education) or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized university/Institutes with relevant knowledge and understanding of KPPRA and PPRA rules
Experience: At least 02 years experience in relevant field in a public semi-autonomous/autonomous organization/health care institute or Teaching hospital
5. Computer Operator
Education:
MCS, BCS Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University/Institution
OR:
a. Master/Bachelor Degree in other discipline with one year Diploma (DIT) in Computer from Board of Technical Education or its equivalent
b. A Computer Typing speed above 50 wpm is essential
Experience: Experience in a Public/Semi-autonomous/Autonomous or private sector organization will be an added advantage
6. Sub-Engineer (Civil)
Education: DAE from Technical Board OR BS or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university/institute registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) will be preferred. OR Bachelors degree with Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Recognized Board
Experience:
a. At least 02 years experience as Sub Engineer in a public/Semi-autonomous/autonomous or within reputable hospitals
b. Experience is required for candidates having BS degree in relevant field
7. Junior Clerk
Education:
a. Bachelor 14 years http://B.Com/BS or equivalent Degree from HEC recognized University/Institution
b. DIT from Board of Technical Education of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Preference will be given to candidate having Bachelor in Computer Science or relevant subjects

8. Mason
Education: Matric from any recognized Board or Middle School education

Application on prescribed form filled in all respects along with bio data and attested Academic/Experience record must reach: Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block IV, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar

Processing fee must be deposited:
Rs 3000/- for Sr. No. 1 to 7
Rs 1010/- for Sr. No. 8
Deposit in “Salary Account of KGMC Employees” Account No. 1009844237, Bank of Khyber (NBP) through deposit slip. Attach original slip with application
Submit within two (02) weeks of the latest advertisement in the newspaper

Necessary Conditions & Instructions
Appointments will be made on contract basis. Upon renewal, the contract will receive a faculty position at the appropriate level as per MTI policy
Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must produce NOC at interview
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA shall be granted
Candidates may be shortlisted either on basis of high percentage marks or based on an Entry Test if numbers are very high
In case of scrutiny, test taken by silting/verification, marks will be verified from the issuing board
Applications must reach office on or before the last date during office hours. Late applications will not be entertained. If closing date falls on official holiday, next working day shall be considered as closing date
Scrutiny Committee of KGMC shall be empowered to reject applications which are incomplete. However, applicants can appeal to the Competent Authority (Dean/CEO HMC) for review
Any candidate disqualified by PM&DC, convicted by court, dismissed from public service, knowingly furnished false information, suppressed material information, used unfair means, or tempered with entries in documents will be disqualified
Soliciting approach or influence will automatically disqualify the applicant
Selected candidates must submit medical fitness certificate from Government Hospital before joining
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere within MTI-HMC & Affiliate Institutes
Original documents shall be presented at time of interview
The services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act 2015
The Competent Authority may cancel the recruitment process and can increase/decrease the posts
