1. Regional Sales Manager

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Drive regional sales strategy and deliver revenue targets.
  • ​Manage key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
  • ​Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • ​Monitor sales performance and ensure pipeline discipline.

Job Specifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in construction chemicals / building materials sales.
  • ​Strong understanding of North region market dynamics.
  • ​Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

2. Area Sales Manager

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Support regional sales execution and target achievement.
  • ​Develop new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • ​Drive market coverage and product penetration.

Job Specifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in construction chemicals / building materials sales.
  • ​Strong understanding of local market and customer base.
  • ​Good relationship management and execution capability.

3. Business Development Lead

Location: Karachi & Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets.
  • ​Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • ​Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Job Specifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in construction chemicals business development.
  • ​Proven track record in market development and revenue growth.
  • ​Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
