INCHARGE FIRE & SAFETYQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or certification in Fire Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related fieldREQUIREMENTSMinimum 4 to 6 years’ of experience with certifications Fireman / Leading Fireman / General Instructor / Rescue / CPR / IOSHKEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and compliance standards across the organization.Conduct regular fire risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.Ensure all fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, sprinklers) is properly maintained and functional.Plan and conduct fire drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and safety training sessions for staff.Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services for inspections and compliance.Monitor workplace safety conditions and ensure adherence to health & safety regulations.Investigate fire incidents or safety hazards and prepare detailed reports with preventive measures.Maintain records of safety audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.Supervise and guide the fire & safety team, ensuring readiness at all times.Deadline: 4th April, 2026Location: Korangi Industrial Area – KarachiSend your CV to:talent@soorty.com
