Job Summary: The Admin Officer is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting different departments with organizational and coordination tasks

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Supervise support staff (peons, cleaners, security, etc.)
Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
Arrange meetings, prepare reports, and maintain schedules
Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and proper environment
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, courier)
Monitor utility usage and manage office maintenance issues
Assist management in policy implementation and office procedures
Manage travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics if required
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and administrative policies
