1. *Age Limit*: 35 years on closing date of notice. Relaxation in age may be given as per rules
2. *Nationality*: Only Pakistani nationality holders are eligible to apply
3. *Education*: All educational certificates/diplomas/degrees must be from Govt. recognized institutes. Where prescribed qualification is first class in final degree, only one 2nd Division in entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable
4. *Experience*: Only considered if acquired after minimum prescribed qualification. Required qualification/experience must be completed by closing date
5. *NOC*: Candidates already employed in Govt./Semi Govt. Organizations must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employers at test/interview
6. *Shortlisting*: Fulfilling criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If large number of applicants meet criteria, only candidates with higher marks/divisions/CGPA/percentage and/or more experience would be shortlisted
7. *TA/DA*: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in Test/Interview
