*ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR*
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – HR for our Lahore office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage core HR functions, including payroll, recruitment and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
JOB EXPERIENCE:
3–5 years of experience in retail HR field.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
– Oversee employee relations and engagement initiatives.
– Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
– Support performance management and talent development.
– Maintain HR records and ensure compliance.
– Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
– Maintain attendance, leaves, and overtime records for payroll accuracy.
– Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs and adjustments.
